Building Permit Application

The Town of Parry Sound now offers the ability to make your application and track the status of your permit application online through Cloudpermit, our online application portal.

The Cloudpermit portal will take you through the process of submitting the prescribed forms, fees and construction drawings required for submission of a complete application.

Upon receiving a building permit, you must post it in a visible location. Approved plans bearing the Chief Building Official's approval stamp must be kept on site at all times and made available to the inspector.
