For the safety and betterment of all users, please adhere to the following rules while at Waubuno Beach:
- Children require direct supervision by parents, or adults at all times.
- Anyone with a medical condition (i.e. epilepsy, heart conditions) must inform the lifeguards before entering the water, or participating in park activities.
- For the safety of other patrons, dogs are not permitted on the beach (except Service Animals). All dogs much be leashed.
- For the safety of other patrons, please no throwing sand, horseplay, or bicycles on the beach.
- All patrons must swim inside the buoy line.
- Diving can result in serious injury or death; patrons are cautioned against diving.
- Fires are not permitted anywhere in the park.
- No glass on the beach.
- Alcoholic Beverages are not permitted anywhere in the park.
- Launching of non-motorized watercraft is prohibited from the beach.
- Please obey the whistle signals at all times:
