The Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Minor Variance - A/25-02 - Louisa Street (Lakeside Contracting & Property Management)

The Committee of Adjustment for Minor Variances will hold an electronic public meeting on Wednesday March 26, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

If approved, the application would facilitate the construction of a detached dwelling with reduced minimum exterior side yard setbacks of 10 metres instead of required 20 metres.
