The Town of Parry Sound operates the Provincial Offences Act (POA) Court for the District of Parry Sound. There are 2 court locations which serve the east and west side. While some matters are scheduled in person, most are scheduled virtually. Please contact the POA office for more information.

• Fish & Wildlife Conservation Act
• Motorized Snow Vehicles Act and

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

You can pay a ticket in person at any POA office or online. To pay for a parking ticket, please visit our Parking Ticket Payment Portal.
