Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Consent - B24-05 & B24-15 - Louisa Street (Joiner)

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound will hold a public meeting on Tuesday March 19, 2024 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at the Town of Parry Sound’s Municipal Office, 52 Seguin Street (Gibson Street entrance) to consider an application for consent under Section 53 of The Planning Act, as amended. 

If approved, the proposed application is to sever the existing lot into five separate parcels and grant right of ways over three of the severed parcels.
