The Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Minor Variance - A/24-05 - 72 Church Street (Urban Belief Inc.)

The Committee of Adjustment for Minor Variances will hold an electronic public meeting on Wednesday July 17, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

If approved, the application would permit a cumulative residential floor area of 75% of the floor area where 50% is permitted and would allow the residential portion of the ground floor to be 75% where 50% is permitted.
