The Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Minor Variance - A/24-07 - 22 Albert Street (2747053 Ontario Ltd.)

The Committee of Adjustment for Minor Variances will hold an electronic public meeting on Wednesday August 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

If approved, the application would permit a Semi-Detached Dwelling on a lot with a minimum of 18.7 metres of frontage where a minimum of 20.0 metres of frontage is required.
