The Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Minor Variance - A/24-04 - Louisa Street (Lakeside Contracting)

The Committee of Adjustment for Minor Variances will hold an electronic public meeting on Wednesday May 15, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

The minor variance application was submitted to facilitate a provisionally approved severance on the subject lands which resulted in 4 severed and one retained parcel. A recognition of the lot dimensions was a condition of provisional consent approval. Further, one of the resultant severed parcels (severed lot 4) was amended to facilitate a request for parkland dedication to the Town of Parry Sound which resulted in a reduced lot area and frontage.

If approved, the minor variance application would recognize the resultant severed lots which do not meet the minimum lot frontage requirements.
