Water & Sewer Applications

Water and Sewer Sign Up Form: Complete to sign up for a new water and sewer account. The Town will assign your account number.

Local Service Connection Application Form: To complete when connecting to Town water and sewer services. Development that connects to the Town's water and wastewater systems is required to pay the Servicing fee. The Servicing Fee generates additional revenues to be re-invested into the system to increase capacity for additional development.

Pre-Authorization Form: Complete to sign up and start having your monthly payments withdrawn automatically.

Residential Water and Sewer Sign Up Form: Complete to sign up for a new residential water and sewer account. The Town will assign your account number.

Water and Sewer Account Change Form: Complete to change your mailing address, the names on your account or to stop Pre-Authorized Payment Plan.

Water and Sewer Move-Out Form: Complete before moving to finalize your account.
